  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping is not available at this time

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email

  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link

6. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Natural disasters or events beyond our control

7. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping charges.
